The Lobster Club is the quintessential Japanese Brasserie. With chef Tasuku Murakami at the helm, The Lobster Club celebrates a unique interpretation of Japanese cuisine. Chef Murakami sources his fish through personal relationships at Tokyo's Toyoso market, ensuring the highest level of quality. He focuses heavily on Teppanyaki and Sushi, while highlighting classic techniques like Tempura, Gyoza, Yakitori and Robata. Everything on the menu is designed to be shared, with a focus on fun rather than formality. The Lobster Club is the first restaurant in The United States to be designed by world-renowned architect Peter Marino. Peter Marino designed, commissioned, and selected every item in the room from the uniforms, chopsticks, and floors, to the original Picasso Plates and Picasso-inspired sculptures that he created specifically for the space.
